Center for Discovery and Discovery Mood & Anxiety offers free online support groups for people affected by eating disorders or other mental health challenges.

Eating Disorders Nova Scotia is a community-based, charitable organization with peer support programs, virtual workshops, skills for recovery groups and support for family and friends. All services are offered without a referral or diagnosis.

The Alberta Wellness Center for Eating Disorders is a multidisciplinary practice that specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and eating related struggles, across the lifespan. Offering services in-person in Edmonton and Lethbridge, and virtually across Alberta.

EDSNA offers professionally-facilitated support groups to people over the age of 18. Groups serve those affected by eating disorders/disordered eating, and caregivers (parents, partners, and loved ones). We also maintain lists of resources, public- and private-healthcare providers, and other tools that might be helpful as you navigate -or help someone navigate- eating disorder recovery.
